He would definitely relate to your thoughts. I would recommend something on the classic side. Sounds like you've already decided on silver. How about silver and pearls? My cuffs are adjustable; you just stretch them wider to make them shorter. My necklaces have 4 inches of sterling chain on the end so that they are adjustable as well. With the pendants, you can put the clasp in anywhere in the 18" sterling silver chain. You will want to make sure what you buy can be sized smaller just in case. As for specifics, I can't necessarily recommend Tiffany's - as I prefer handmade artisan jewelry. From my designs, the Dark Twilight Necklace (silver with black pearls) or the Spindrift Pearl Pendant could be good choices. What is nice about working with the artist herself is that I can customize for you. The black pearl necklace is also fabulous with natural pearls (white). Cuffs with pearls are stunning, and we can do something wider or something thinner. This helps. I thought I knew but after 10 years of marriage I am still nervous buying jewelry. I know what she likes but I am so scared she will not like it. I am thinking of buying her this piece from Tiffany but I am scared that she will be luke warm. Its not gold or diamonds but its sterling silver and has a turquoise ball. She is a very detailed organized person who is very hard to shop for. I once bought her a Tommy Hilfiger dress that she looks great in but she has not worn it once. That was two years ago. She says she can't wear it until she has the right boots to match. That was two years ago. The dress still has the tag. I paid full price and it was expensive. She has small narrow wrists.
