Shipping & Handling

We have free shipping and handling within the United States. Orders generally ship within a few days and are mailed through the United States Postal Service. An email will be sent to you when your purchase has been mailed.

While cost varies with international and rush orders, we charge only what the shipping company charges us. Please make a note of any specific needs in Comments on your order or email orders@stephaniehdesigns.com with details.

Custom Work

Stephanie loves to work with you to create the perfect piece for a special gift or occasion or just because that's how you like it. In the past, she has included birthstones from various family members, favorite color schemes and even re-used gems from other jewelry. You can find out more information on the custom designs page.

If the gift is for a specific holiday and you are ordering early, please let us know, and we can make exceptions ahead of time.
