Shipping Information

We have free shipping and handling within the United States. Orders generally ship within a few days and are mailed through the United States Postal Service. An email will be sent to you when your purchase has been mailed.

While cost varies with international and rush orders, we charge only what the shipping company charges us. Please make a note of any specific needs in Comments on your order or email orders@stephaniehdesigns.com with details.

 

Exchanges

We want you to be perfectly pleased and excited about your purchase. Exchanges are welcome within 30 days from date of shipping, with the exception of custom orders which are not exchangeable. If the gift is for a specific holiday and you are ordering early, please let us know, and we can make exceptions ahead of time.
